Sliding Down the Plane
Benjamin Hettinga & Angela Leach

Saturdays only: 1 to 5pm, April 27 - May 18, 2013
Or by appointment.

Sliding Down the Plane features Angela Leach from Scarborough and Benjamin Hettinga from Saskatoon. Both artists share an interest in shape and pattern to articulate space. Hettinga uses alternating layers of precisely cut geometric configurations that are culturally informed or come from the natural world. Leach uses contrasting colors and shaped painting supports in order to strengthen the illusion of dimensional space within her painted surfaces.
